courteous service fresh options birthday surprise
The hotel surprised me with a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine delivered to my room for my birthday! The staff provided consistently courteous service. Breakfast offered plenty of fresh options.

acceptable stay, but with notable drawbacks
small room broken lamp
the staff displayed politeness and efficiency throughout my stay.
My room was quite small. the closet offered only one section and lacked space for longer items. furthermore, the bedside lamp was not functional.

totally awesome experience!
cozy bed breakfast buffet friendly staff
I really love this hotel. my room include a super cozy bed and a tv with tons of channels! the breakfast buffet features a wide selection of pastries, cheeses, and fresh fruit. All so tasty. the hotel provide free wifi that works great throughout the building. the staff are super friendly and always ready to help, its amazing.
the gym equipment had minimal instructions for use.

the front desk operate 24/7, i saw it. the staff assisted with luggage storage and offered helpful tips about public transport. they also provide wake-up call services upon request.

underwhelming experience
the location was acceptable, it allowed me to access nearby areas without too much difficulty.
the towels in my room felt rough, like they were washed many times with harsh detergent, this made the showers less enjoyable and the feeling lingered for a bit.
